Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) expects to return
to Hogwarts School of Wizardry for his second year
and is warned by a house elf Dobby that disaster will strike if
he returns to Hogwarts. Harry ignores his warning and escapes with
Ron Weasley in a flying car. Besides the fact that Harry is still
disliked by Professor Snape and hated by Draco Malfoy he gets off
to a great start with his two best friends, Ron Weasly
and Hermione Granger and famous writer Gilderoy Lockhart
has joined the Hogwarts staff and is the new Defense Against the
Dark Arts teacher. But then strange things begin to happen as "Mudblood"
(people of Muggle families) students are being turned into stone.
Harry keeps hearing a voice that seems to be coming from the walls
that leads him to the diary of Tom Riddle and eventually the Chamber
of Secrets. Harry also discovers he is a Parsel-tongue,
meaning that he is able to speak/understand snakes.
